Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.& 'we need Finance & Operations as experience
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
Experience in managing and guiding development teams through complex project lifecycles.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while balancing business requirements.
Familiarity with integration techniques and customization within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
Skilled in performance optimization and ensuring high-quality code standards.
