Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person events. Primary responsibilities include developing event concepts, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, overseeing logistics, and ensuring successful event execution. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while monitoring event performance and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Description

• Organize, plan, and carry out client interactions, corporate events, and brand activations from start to finish.

• Communicate with clients to comprehend specifications, spending limits, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Determine and oversee production, logistics, venues, vendors, and on-site event operations.

• Create event budgets, monitor expenses, and guarantee delivery within authorized financial constraints. •

• To ensure smooth execution, collaborate with internal creative,copy, production, and digital teams.

• Assure client feedback, vendor reconciliation, and post-event reporting for ongoing development.

Qualifications

Event Planning, Coordination, and Logistics Management skills
Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor negotiations
Strong Communication, Relationship Building, and Project Management skills
Problem-Solving, Adaptability, and Team Leadership abilities
Proficiency with event management software and tools
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Familiarity with digital and hybrid event platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
