Position: Client Relations Executive (TELESALES)

Location: Gurgoan & South Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Client Relations Executive & Clinic Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. This role combines telesales, medical receptionist duties, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about services and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications.
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Assist in the management of billing and insurance verification processes.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Address patient concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other office software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A compassionate and patient-centered approach to client relations.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in healthcare or related fields for more than 5 years.
Experience in telesales or customer service roles.
