We Are Hiring Across Two Tracks

We are currently hiring for both:

Senior Manager (GenAI Team Lead / Leadership Track)
Senior Specialist (Individual Contributor)

These roles sit within the Human Capital (HC) function and focus on applying GenAI-powered solutions to improve how the organisation operates across talent, learning, and people analytics.

Whether you're a deeply hands-on AI builder or an experienced AI leader capable of defining strategy and leading teams, there is an opportunity to contribute to a growing GenAI capability within a highly technical organisation.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, applied AI role operating at the intersection of:

GenAI / LLM Engineering
Product Thinking & Solution Design
Business & Operational Impact

You will work on building and deploying AI applications used in real-world workflows, helping transform internal processes through scalable, measurable AI solutions.

For senior candidates, there is a clear opportunity to define strategy, own roadmap, and lead a growing GenAI function.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI / GenAI applications using modern frameworks
Work on the full lifecycle: problem definition → prototyping → production → iteration
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into AI-driven solutions
Evaluate and improve models across quality, safety, cost, and performance
Integrate AI features into internal platforms alongside engineering and product teams
Contribute to responsible AI, governance, and risk frameworks
Drive adoption through documentation, training, and stakeholder alignment

For Senior Manager Track:

Define and own the GenAI roadmap for Human Capital
Lead and scale a multidisciplinary AI team
Drive prioritisation, delivery, and cross-functional execution
Act as an internal thought leader on AI applications

Core Technical Requirements

Strong hands-on experience building AI applications using:
Python
Modern GenAI frameworks (e.g. RAG, agentic workflows, LangGraph, MCP or similar)
Solid understanding of LLM architecture and evaluation, including:
grounding and hallucination control
latency and cost optimisation
testing and iterative improvement
Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems
Ability to operate across data, engineering, and product layers

Profile Requirements

Experience delivering real-world AI / ML solutions (not purely theoretical or research-only)
Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills - able to translate between technical and business stakeholders
Proven track record of ownership and delivery

For Senior Manager Track:

Experience leading AI, data, or technology initiatives or teams
Strong stakeholder management and program ownership capability
Ability to drive strategy, roadmap, and execution simultaneously

Highly Relevant Experience

Experience applying AI solutions within Human Capital / HR domains (e.g. recruiting, learning, people analytics)
Exposure to AI-enabled internal tools or enterprise platforms
Familiarity with modern development and productivity tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code or similar)
Experience operating in large, complex, or highly structured organisations
