Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amdocs CRM, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
Strong command over scripting techniques to automate and streamline system tasks.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex shell scripts in diverse environments.
Familiarity with integrating shell scripts with other software components and tools.
Experience in optimizing script performance and ensuring maintainability.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
