We are seeking a highly experienced FIS Profile v7 Developer with deep core banking domain expertise and strong Profile Scripting Language PSL knowledge

The role requires an SME level professional capable of leading large scale core banking upgrade and modernization programs engaging directly with Tier 1 banking clients and guiding development teams through complex Profile implementations

The role requires an SME level professional capable of leading large scale core banking upgrade and modernization programs engaging directly with Tier 1 banking clients and guiding development teams through complex Profile implementations

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert SME on FIS Profile v7 for core banking implementations upgrades and modernization initiatives

Lead design development and conversion of Profile customizations including

oLegacy MUMPS based customizations

oMigration and redevelopment using PSL Profile Scripting Language

Drive Profile upgrade programs for banks running older Profile versions 1520 years old environments

Provide technical leadership across onshore and offshore development teams

Review architecture design specifications and code to ensure

oAlignment with FIS Profile best practices

oHigh performance stability and maintainability

Act as the primary technical interface with client stakeholders including

oBank IT leadership

oOperations and functional SMEs

oVendor and FIS product teams

Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis

Support knowledge transition KT and mentor junior and mid level Profile developers

Contribute to estimation planning and delivery governance for large programs

Mandatory Skills Experience

10 years of hands on experience in core banking retail banking systems

5 years of deep expertise in FIS Profile Scripting Language PSL

Strong working knowledge of

oFIS Profile v7 architecture

oLegacy MUMPS and customization conversion approaches

Proven experience leading large scale Profile upgrade or implementation programs

Excellent client facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non technical stakeholders

Strong understanding of

oCore banking domains Accounts Deposits Loans Interest Fees Posting EODBOD

oRegulatory and audit considerations in banking systems

Nice to Have Skills

Experience working with Tier 1 banks and multi country banking environments

Exposure to

oAPI enablement or integrations around Profile

oModernization programs linked to digital channels or middleware

Prior involvement in Profile replacement or coexistence programs Profile digital core integration layers
