Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage our global mobility and immigration programs. The role involves leading business travel and domestic relocation initiatives, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and enhancing the mobility experience for employees.

Responsibilities:

Business Travel Immigration: Serve as the subject matter expert for Company&rsquos business travel immigration program. Own case management end-to-end: assess travel requests for B-1/B-2 eligibility, advise on appropriate categories, and support employees traveling to Schengen-area countries, APAC markets, and other jurisdictions with specific requirements.
Conduct risk assessments, flagging work authorization violations and corporate immigration exposure partner with Program Managers and external counsel to resolve issues promptly.
Develop and maintain program resources, including process guides and templates, to help employees understand requirements and navigate the process independently.
Conduct training sessions and briefings to build compliance awareness across the organization, equipping managers and employees to make informed decisions before travel.
Monitor regulatory changes and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders maintain intranet resources and program communications.
Domestic Relocation: Lead India domestic relocation program end-to-end: manage RMC relationship, coordinate relocations, track program costs, and ensure service levels are met.
Create policies and communications, and proactively monitor for areas of improvement.
Serve as a trusted guide for employees navigating relocation policies, providing clear direction and timely support.
Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Tax, and Procurement on relocation planning and cost control monitor vendor performance against service levels.
Stakeholder Partnership & Program Excellence: Provide consultation and support to key stakeholders on business travel immigration and domestic relocation matters facilitate discussions balancing business needs, worker experience, and legal risk.
Track and report on program metrics, including case volumes and SLA adherence collect feedback and participate in improvement projects.

Requirements:

5 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR. Experience in US immigration, business travel programs, India domestic relocation, and intern programs is ideal.
Bachelor&rsquos degree preferred in HR, Business, International Relations, or a related field.

Required Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively and empathetically with employees, managers, HR partners, and senior leaders.
Written and spoken English language proficiency.
Sound judgment in handling sensitive, confidential, and legally complex situations.
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a geographically dispersed team.

Preferred Skills:

Paralegal certification is a plus.
Familiarity with immigration case management systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).
Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
Learning mindset, staying current on regulatory changes and industry trends.
