We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant & Finance Executive to support our finance operations and ensure accurate financial management.

Role Overview

The Junior Accountant & Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, compliance documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting and finance knowledge with excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.
Prepare invoices, payment records, and financial documentation.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.
Generate MIS reports and financial reports using Excel.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for finance-related activities.

Experience & Education

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is preferred.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Management.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, MIS Reporting).
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance requirements.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
