About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Founder's Office Associate / Executive Assistant to support our Founder in various aspects of business operations. This role is crucial for the efficient functioning of the office and the successful execution of projects as we work to build VARA from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Coordination: Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely communication.
Business Operations: Assist in the smooth operation of daily business activities, including vendor management and production follow-ups.
Project Execution: Support the execution of key projects by coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
Website Coordination: Help maintain and update the company website to ensure it reflects current initiatives and offerings.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
Building VARA: Collaborate closely with the Founder to strategize and implement initiatives that contribute to the growth of VARA.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
