Role Description

This role will be part of the CRDU Governance team within the Credit Risk Data Unit (CRDU) where the candidate will be responsible to support Pillar 3 audit remediation focusing on CRR3 regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities

Drive the resolution of Pillar 3 (CRR3/Off BS) audit findings, ensuring all actions are completed on time and meet internal and regulatory standards.
Identify and address issues within remediation efforts, finding solutions and acting proactively to keep progress on track.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data (e.g., from FDW for credit risk) and tracking audit-related changes.
Prepare and present clear updates on remediation status, progress, and results to stakeholders and management.
Maintain thorough and organized records of all remediation activities and audit responses.
Work effectively with various teams across the bank to support remediation efforts.

Your Skills And Experience

Good Knowledge of regulatory requirements like ECB, CRR, CRD, Basel3 & Basel3.1 requirements
Understanding of exposure calculation under different models e.g. SA-CCR and IMM
Knowledge of Exposure Metrics like RWA, TCD, Output floor, EPE/EE, Statistical Modelling (Monte Carlo Simulation, etc.)
Team management experience
An analytical mindset and good approach to problem solving
Experience of process change
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and structured working approach
Strong attention to detail
Reliable team player who enjoys working in an international environment
