Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor based in Dehradun.

The candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics for social media, ads, branding, and campaign assets—along with editing short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.

Your role will include designing posts, reels graphics, layouts, brand kits, presentations, and digital creatives, as well as editing videos that match brand tone, pacing, and style. You will collaborate closely with the social media team, content strategists, and editors to bring ideas to life through high-quality design and video work.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor (agency experience preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to edit reels, short-form videos, transitions, and aesthetic clips
Knowledge of trending audio, reel styles, and platform-specific formats
Ability to think creatively and develop scroll-stopping concepts
Experience in designing social media content, branding, and marketing materials
Ability to take feedback positively and work collaboratively with the team
Understanding of digital trends and what performs well on social media
Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
Bachelor's degree in Design, Media, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
