Roles and Responsibilities

Flexcube Retail Banking Application Support Engineer provides technical support for Oracle's core banking platform (Flexcube), troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, managing user access, performing system monitoring, and collaborating with business and development teams to ensure smooth banking operations, often involving SQL, Java, and core banking modules.

Required Skills And Experience

5-8 years of experience in application development and deployment

Incident & Problem Management by Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues within the Flexcube application.

System Monitoring by Keeping an eye on system health and performance.

Managing user access, roles, and permissions.

Working with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.

Identifying underlying causes of recurring issues.

Creating and maintaining technical documentation and solutions.

Assisting with solution design and minor enhancements

Core Banking: Deep knowledge of Oracle Flexcube modules (Retail, Corporate, Islamic, etc.).

Technical Skills: Strong SQL, Java, Oracle Database skills, scripting.

ITIL: Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

B.E / B.TECH / Similar degree
