Required Skills and Experience

5 to 10 years experience in providing L2 application support for retail banking Lending applications or micro finance applications.
Experience in supporting & integrating lending applications with CRM, CBS, DMS, MIS, etc.
Knowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements.
Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture and Integration
Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Job location: Thrissur/Cochin/Kerala

Preferred Skills and Experience

Software Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking projects
Work closely with the business and IT teams to analyse business requirements, analyse and resolve production issues, root cause analysis, identify automation scope etc
SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, Devops, API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution
Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes
