Job Description

KYC and Account Maintenance

Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding process prior to drawdown and conduct post-drawdown reviews.
Handle client account opening matters, including providing the account opening document checklist, assisting clients with completing account opening forms, collecting required information, and submitting subsequent account opening and e-banking applications.
Assist in maintaining client accounts, including deposit inflows/outflows, fixed deposits, and various transactions and pricing matters.

Credit Analysis and Review

Conduct regular post-drawdown credit reviews to monitor loan performance and assess risk.

Client Service and Liaison

Provide ad-hoc services to bilateral customers as needed.
Liaise with customers on account opening, deposit taking, and general transaction processes.

Periodic Reporting

Credit Write-up and Proposal Preparation

Prepare comprehensive credit write-ups and proposals for prospective clients.
Conduct detailed bankability analyses, including financial analysis, for syndication and/or bilateral loans.

Support Relationship Managers

Ad-hoc Duties

Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the team and business operations.

Job Requirement

Exhibits excellent communication skills
Able to prepare clear and professional email correspondence.
Capable of creating periodic reports, catering to overseas branches and HQ in Taiwan.

At least 1 year of corporate finance related experience would be a plus
Knowledge for basic financial statement analysis is required if there is no related experience in Corporate Finance
