Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Back Office Associate (Operations) who will take ownership of day-to-day operations, act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns. The role involves people management, process planning, reporting, and enforcing HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the Operations team to ensure smooth workflow and productivity
Act as a bridge between client requirements and Team Leads, ensuring clarity and timely execution
Hiring and onboarding of Associates and Team Leads
Take strategic decisions related to operations, SOP creation, and campaign planning
Handle client interactions and coordinate requirements, feedback, and updates
Conduct training sessions for Associates and Team Leads
Prepare and maintain performance reports and campaign reports
Ensure strict enforcement of HR policies and internal guidelines
Monitor quality, timelines, and operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in operations, backend management, or team handling roles
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in team hiring, training, and performance management
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
Good reporting and documentation skills (Excel/Google Sheets preferred)
Leadership mindset with problem-solving abilities
