Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application designs and configurations.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Stibo Product Master Data Management.
Experience with data integration and synchronization techniques within master data management systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to customize and extend master data management solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management.
This position is based at our Indore office.
