The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions to maintain system stability and support business continuity in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and support capabilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical issues effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Strong knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting techniques within SAP environments.
Experience in analyzing system logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
Familiarity with database concepts and integration points related to SAP HANA.
Skilled in documenting technical issues and resolutions to support knowledge sharing.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
