Your Role

Lead endtoend operating model transformation initiatives with AI integrated into core processes, decision flows, and governance.
Build, mentor, and scale a highperforming team of 20 strategy and process consultants.
Develop AIfirst frameworks, assets, and accelerators to support global demand.
Engage with senior executives and CXO stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps.
Oversee delivery excellence across multilocation, multicultural client environments.

Your Profile

10+ years of consulting experience with strong exposure to operating model design, enterprise transformation, or process consulting.
Proven track record leading medium or large consulting teams.
Experience with AI/MLdriven transformation (strategy, process, or implementation).
Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
