This role will include Valpre, our flagship colleague experience platform that unifies CLM journeys through a single, build once, use everywhere framework. Valpre simplifies fragmented colleague journeys, consolidates 20+ touchpoints, and accelerates onboarding and servicing across PBWM. You will lead the engineering squads building and operating Valpre—spanning the WebApp Bridge, micro‑frontends, xAPI/entitlements, domain APIs, and the central API Gateway—to deliver secure, resilient, high‑quality experiences for PBWM bankers and operations colleagues worldwide.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:

Minimum Qualification – B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent.
Can solves complex problems by designing or modifying technology architecture and testing the integration of software in these designs for correct functionality.
Experience in various software designs, languages, and architecture.
Solution definition and problem-solving skills.
Experience and knowledge of cloud computing.
Cybersecurity and cryptography knowledge
Working knowledge on Salesforce and coding/configuration of salesforce

Sonar Cube, Veracode Standards.
