This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical aspects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively manages the development lifecycle, troubleshooting issues, and continuously refining the applications to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to optimize performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
Experience with designing and implementing cloud-based customer experience solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
Familiarity with application configuration and integration within cloud environments.
Ability to work with APIs and customize software components to meet specific business needs.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
