The business is expanding in Alternate Lending / Ecosystem-led partnerships to accelerate digital acquisition and embed lending journeys.

Job Purpos

eOwn end-to-end product management for SME lending programs across Ecosystem-led, co-lending, anchor-led and alternate lending constructs. Drive product strategy, credit program design, SOPs, digital journey delivery, portfolio governance and regulatory compliance

.Key Accountabilitie

sResponsible for overall product management & managing Credit program/policies of SME lending
,Design & manage SOPs on E2E lending journey with adequate risk control
sOverall portfolio management of the Credit programs including monitoring of triggers & cap
sManagement of adherence of Digital lending guidelines & ensuring applicable program complianc
eSupport in digital implementation of the lending journey

msCreation of credit programs foe SME lending and commercialisation of the sa
meWork closely all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely go-live of lending programs under the partnership
s.Work with various stakeholders to ensure NPA / ESPORA / ORR / SOP approvals as applicable for the various partnershi
psOverall manage the portfolio management working with RMG-Credit and CPRAM for portfolio triggers and caps, delinquency management and hygiene
itSupport in setting up of early warning & other necessary risk controls for Alternate Lending & Co-lending polici
esProvide portfolio insights partner-wi
seWork closely with partners for embedded streamlined customer journey, product delivery, close monitoring and governan
ceCollaborate with Product Manager (SFW) to build the digital journeys of these credit programs/partnerships on an on-going basis (i.e. write user stories, modify existing journeys, incorporate partner feedbac
