About The Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Rust programming language to join our team. You'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining software components using Rust.

What You Will Do

Design, Develop, and Maintain Software Components: Use Rust to design, develop, and maintain software components.
Support Scrum Team: Collaborate with the scrum team to plan and complete tasks in agile sprints.
Tool Usage and Release Management: Understand and utilize various tools for development and release management.
Stakeholder Communication: Discuss requirements and progress with external and internal stakeholders.
Innovative Solutions: Generate innovative ideas to scale up existing products.

What You Need To Be Successful

Rust Programming Experience: 3-7 years of experience in software development using Rust programming language.
Core Rust Concepts: Good understanding of core Rust concepts like Ownership, Borrowing, Boxing, Concurrency management, etc.
C++ Experience: Hands-on experience in software development using C++.
Object-Oriented Design: Good understanding of object-oriented design concepts.
Development Tools: Hands-on experience with git, Jenkins, CMake, CI/CD, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
Agile Development: Familiarity with Agile development methodology is a plus.
Stakeholder Management: Hands-on experience in internal/external stakeholder/supplier management is a plus.
Vehicle E/E Architecture: Good knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture is a plus.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

German Language Skill: Proficiency in German language is a plus.
Multicultural Team Experience: Experience working in multinational and multicultural teams.
Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
