About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Supply Chain Manager.

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop a highly skilled team of supply chain professionals, to align and execute enterprise sourcing strategies and supplier capabilities to achieve companywide business objectives
Identify and recommend opportunities for supply chain management, life cycle activities, new sources and technologies as business requirements evolve
Manage a team of category experts that have responsibility for companywide supplier initiatives, negotiations and contracting activities
Support governance and control programs to ensure business continuity, protect company assets, and compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding supply chain policies, strategies, and processes to optimize sourcing efficiencies and measure supplier performance
Implement process and management systems, maintain current understanding of various industry best practices, commodity, spend category benchmarks and supplier capabilities
Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers interact directly with external customers
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Supply Chain
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Supply Chain experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of leadership experience
