The position demands continuous evaluation of the security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance within a dynamic cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that protect cloud infrastructure and data assets.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on security objectives.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cloud security principles and practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Experience with designing and implementing security controls in cloud environments.
Ability to assess security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication mechanisms.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions effectively.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
