Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, and supporting financial reporting and closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping activities.
Prepare and maintain records of sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
Generate invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of financial records.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports as required.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Experience in Zoho Books will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
