Your Role

As an Senior Executive - Facility Management Services at StayVista, you will oversee guest experiences, property readiness, and on-site staff, including housekeeping, cooks, butlers, security, and gardeners. You will manage daily operations, maintenance, inventory, and SOP adherence while resolving guest concerns and coordinating with stakeholders. Additionally, you will handle budgeting, financial oversight, and guest delight programs to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.

About You

Ability to manage housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff effectively.
Coordinate with AMC vendors, OEMs and technicians for timely repairs and inspection.
Proficient in SOP implementation, inventory management, and financial oversight.
Working knowledge of relevant statutory regulations (fire and electrical safety)
Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise with internal teams and vendors.
Maintain accurate records of equipment servicing, maintenance logs and incident reports.
Ensuring high property standards, cleanliness, and service excellence.
Minimum 2-3 years in hospitality or guest services with a focus on operations and guest satisfaction.
This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

FM Ops Tracker (AMC, R&M, Inventory & Supplies) Completion of Ops tracker within the timeline. (Inventory, AMC, vendor payments, daily tracker) Track AMC and repair & maintenance schedules (equipment upkeep, pool & utility maintenance).
Ensure adequate material/consumables. Mystery Audit Above 80% average of all properties (each property per month)
Staffing of properties (inbound) Deployment within TAT (03 weeks).
