Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the adoption of innovative delivery methodologies to improve project outcomes.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruitment lifecycle management.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules to meet business requirements.
Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors framework.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout project phases.

Additional Information:

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
