Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for aPrimary Care Nursewithin ourCommunity Treatment Care (CTAC) service based in General Practices within South Health and Social Care Partnership working as part of an integrated nursing team model and wider General Practice multidisciplinary team.

This post is offered on a permanent basis.

Hours

36 hours per week working between Monday and Friday, 0830-1700.

Job share and part-time hours will be considered for this post.

From 1 April 2026, the working week for NHS Agenda for Change staff in Scotland will be reduced. Full-time hours will reduce from 37 to 36 hours (pro rata for part-time staff) without loss of earnings.

UK Driving Licence

A UK driving licence is essential for this role to enable travel to GP practices within HSCP area.

What You Will Do

The post holder will be responsible and accountable for the assessment and delivery of quality person centred nursing care and defined nursing interventions, primarily in a Community and Treatment Room Setting, to a cluster population and the wider locality.
