Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Chef position based in Mumbai. As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu creation, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and plating while prioritizing high-quality, healthy, and innovative dishes. You will manage and train kitchen staff, maintain hygiene and safety standards, monitor inventory, and ensure seamless coordination with the fitness cafe team. Your role involves collaborating on nutritional menu development that aligns with the brand's mission of promoting health-conscious lifestyles.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in culinary arts, menu development, and food preparation
Knowledge of nutrition and healthy cooking techniques appropriate for fitness-focused meals
Experience in kitchen management, staff training, and maintaining hygiene standards
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
Creativity in designing innovative and appealing dishes for health-conscious audiences
Capacity to manage food costs, budget constraints, and inventory effectively
Culinary education or equivalent professional training is preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with a diverse team
