Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Drive and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening top talent to facilitating a smooth onboarding process that echoes our vibrant company culture.

• Employee Engagement & Culture Development: Craft and implement employee engagement programs that promote collaboration, diversity, and inclusivity. Build a work culture where ideas are valued, creativity is encouraged, and every voice is heard.

• Performance Management: Lead performance management processes that are transparent, motivating, and focused on continuous improvement. Coach managers and employees through goal setting, feedback, and recognition programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in HR, talent management, or related roles.

• A solid grasp of HR best practices, including labor laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
