Additionally, the position includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders for process refinement.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes effectively.
Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
