The Customer Team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, GenAI, transformative technologies, and creative design. We enable Deloitte client service teams to enhance customer experiences and drive sustained growth and customer value creation and capture, through customer and commercial strategies, digital product and innovation, marketing, commerce, sales, and service. We are a team of strategists, data scientists, operators, creatives, designers, engineers, and architects, balancing business strategy, technology, creativity, and ongoing managed services to help solve the biggest problems that impact customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce. We also offer Business Process as a Service, enabling organizations to streamline operations and achieve greater efficiency through scalable, technology-enabled managed insights that guide ongoing transformation and operational excellence.

Position Summary

Level: Consultant, Technical Transformation or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements .

Work you'll do :

Owns complex deliverables independently, ensuring quality and timelines and Exhibits interest in working across tracks/outside of core skills
Consistently demonstrates SME skills within their area of expertise and proactively identifies potential risks and come up with mitigation plans - Performs solution reviews and/or process/code reviews effectively & independently

We help clients turn business values into measurable growth through creatively driven, personalized content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire people to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e., Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis.

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

3-6 years of technology consulting experience, with a focus on cloud operations.
Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and related AWS services.
Proficiency in designing and implementing Amazon Connect contact flows integrated with Python, Lambda, and JSON.
Strong working knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to: AWS Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda, CloudWatch, Kinesis, Glue, S3, Redshift, SNS, and SQS.
Solid scripting skills in Python, with the ability to write SQL queries and perform string analysis.
Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and techniques, including GitHub, CI/CD, and Docker.
Experience with agile/iterative methodologies for implementing cloud projects.
Demonstrated ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective technical designs.
Good understanding of end-to-end project delivery methodologies for cloud projects.
General knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current trends.
Experience working on CI/CD/DevOps pipelines is a plus.

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
