About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Community & Events Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events across India. This role is suitable for someone passionate about community building, HR, networking events, professional development, and creating exceptional attendee experiences.

The coordinator will work closely with event organizers, speakers, sponsors, venues, and attendees to ensure successful event execution while helping grow the HR community in India.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution:

Coordinate monthly HR events and related community activities.
Identify and coordinate venues, vendors, and event logistics.
Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and confirmations.
Support speaker outreach, scheduling, and event preparation.
Coordinate event-day operations and ensure smooth execution.

Community Engagement

Build relationships with HR professionals, business leaders, and industry communities.
Support attendee engagement before, during, and after events.
Maintain event and community databases.
Assist in growing HR Community presence across India.

Administrative & Budget Support

Track event expenses and maintain budgets.
Coordinate vendor invoices and payments.
Prepare event reports, attendance metrics, and feedback summaries.

Required Qualifications

0 3 years of experience in event coordination, community management, marketing, HR events, or related areas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience coordinating conferences, networking events, meetups, or workshops.
Organized and managed college events, handling planning, coordination, logistics, and execution to ensure smooth event operations.
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is a plus.
Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Human Resources, or related field.
