Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays off)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in international and domestic invoicing, statutory compliance, and financial reconciliations, and should have hands-on experience using FactoHR for payroll and HR process coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting

Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, vouchers, and bank reconciliations.

Handle international and domestic invoicing and ensure timely follow-up on receivables.

Maintain vendor bills, manage accounts payables, and ensure accurate and timely payments.

Handle petty cash management and assist with monthly and annual financial closing.

Prepare periodic financial reports and assist during audits.

Support the team in finalizing balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

Taxation & Compliance

Assist with GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings in coordination with auditors/consultants.

Ensure statutory compliance with government norms, licenses, and financial regulations.

Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records for all statutory assessments.

Payroll Coordination (FactoHR)

Use FactoHR to assist in payroll processing and employee attendance validation.

Coordinate with HR for monthly salary payouts and statutory deductions.

Support reconciliation of salary registers and statutory payments (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

2–4 years of experience in accounting and compliance functions.

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Experience with FactoHR for payroll processing is mandatory.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
