Role Responsibilities

Responsible for sales turnover and ensuring a positive customer experience through to conversion.
Build and maintain a loyal network of influencers to drive business generation.
Scout opportunities to reach end consumers through diverse sources, increasing business in a cost-effective manner.
Own the customer journey from lead generation to conversion.
Demonstrate multitasking abilities in managing relationships with diverse influencers and stakeholders (Interior Designers, Kitchen Studios, Bath Stores, and Trade partners).
Exhibit achievement orientation (targets) and execution excellence (sales tools, systems, process adoption).
Understand competition offerings and continuously raise the bar for customer experience.
Act as the first point of contact for escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer delight.
