The Role

Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft customisations using PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, Component Interface, and Integration Broker, while working on interfaces, conversions, reports, and workflows. Support production issues, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, and participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Ensure coding standards, documentation, and best practices are followed, while analysing and understanding business requirements in HR domains such as Core HR, Workforce Administration, Payroll (NA/Global), Benefits, and Absence Management. Translate functional requirements into technical design documents, support functional testing, UAT, and defect resolution, and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

8-10+ years in PeopleSoft HCM
Strong experience in PeopleTools
Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, Component Interface, Integration Broker
Experience with SQL (Oracle DB)
Knowledge of tools like Application Designer, Data Mover, PS Query
Strong understanding of Core HR, Workforce Administration, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management
Experience with Fluid UI / PeopleSoft 9.2
Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation or multiple support projects
Exposure to both development and functional support activities

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Master Degree & any relevant certification
