Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with managing and troubleshooting marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and integration techniques.
Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose issues effectively.
Familiarity with data management and segmentation within marketing platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
