Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager to lead our TPM initiatives and drive operational excellence within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TPM methodologies, with certifications from JIPM and CII. You will be responsible for enhancing productivity, reducing downtime, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement TPM strategies and initiatives to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and eliminating equipment-related losses.
Facilitate training and development programs for employees on TPM principles and practices.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of TPM activities.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure alignment on TPM goals.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through regular audits and assessments.
Prepare and present reports on TPM progress and outcomes to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in TPM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in TPM or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
Certification from Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
Proficiency in TPM tools and methodologies.
