Skills & Responsibilities

Create visual interfaces for consumer/enterprise mobile apps (iOS, Android & Hybrid), responsive web apps, and responsive websites.
Create styles & component libraries, and have basic knowledge of design systems.
Identify micro interactions/transitions/gestures.
Create visualizations and infographics as per the need.
Create visual assets that communicate the mood, tone, and aesthetics to help clients position their product or service.
Visual design expertise.
Keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of grid systems, Auto layout, typography, and colour theory.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma (minimum).
Ability to present and explain your work to others.
Ability to deliver tasks on time.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.
A detailed portfolio is a must in which only individual projects must be showcased.
A degree in Arts or Design is preferred.
Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of UI design, aesthetics, and usability.
A keen sense of aesthetics, with an eye for crafting visually appealing designs with high levels of detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A good listener and facilitator who knows how to facilitate constructive design discussions.
