Key Responsibilities: •

Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
• Provide information and support to passengers regarding flight details, delays, and policies.
• Coordinate with various airport departments such as security, maintenance, and flight operations.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings at all times.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform routine inspections of the airport premises, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for passengers.
• Manage baggage claims and lost luggage issues.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of emergency procedures, when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications: •

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent customer service orientation with a professional demeanour.

Experience: •

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the aviation industry is preferred, but not required.

Full-time positions available with rotating shifts.
