Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture to align with business objectives and technology trends.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure performance and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure architecture.
