Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute installation activities at customer sites.
Coordinate with SG assured processors and processing plants to ensure timely supplies.
Support and collaborate with authorized service partners for smooth execution.
Conduct site measurements, pre‑installation surveys, and post‑installation services including CAPA.
Perform post‑installation audits, prepare checklists, and validate sites.
Manage project validation, issue completion certificates, and collect customer testimonials.
Provide technical inputs and assist in planning, scheduling, and installer management.
Inspect site progress at various stages to ensure readiness and quality.
