MES PAS-X –Consultant, Technical Transformation

Join Deloitte's Enterprise Performance practice as a Consultant, MES PASX, where you will support the delivery of manufacturing execution system solutions that help clients improve operational performance, compliance, and digital manufacturing capabilities. In this role, you will contribute to MES design, configuration, implementation, integration, and deployment activities across complex manufacturing environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver quality work products, support client requirements, and help enable scalable technology solutions aligned to business objectives.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, MES PASX on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting MES transformation and implementation initiatives across client environments.

Support requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for Werum PAS-X implementations.
Configure and support MES capabilities across specification, execution, compliance, performance, master batch records, state diagrams, and master data.
Support MES integration activities across enterprise resource planning, automation, product lifecycle management, advanced planning systems, laboratory information management systems, and other connected platforms.
Contribute to workshops, solution documentation, validation activities, and training support for business and technology stakeholders.
Support issue analysis, defect resolution, and continuous improvement activities across MES implementations and enhancement releases.

Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to support the delivery of holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. We support Deloitte client service teams of strategic advisors and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to help collaborate with leading insights providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable the heart of business solutions.

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST, as per business requirements

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Technology, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
3-6 years of experience in manufacturing execution systems in large company environments
Experience with Werum PAS-X, including specification, execution, compliance, and performance modules
Experience with master batch record creation, state diagram design, and master data configuration
Experience configuring or administering PAS-X modules, including GMBRs, PVL, PMBRs, equipment management, material flow, weigh and dispense, electronic batch records, and master data management
Experience applying ISA-95 or ISA-88 standards to MES design
Experience with GxP, GAMP, or 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements

Preferred:

Experience with SAP and MES integration or Level 2 automation systems
Experience with Java, J2EE, C# .NET, Oracle, SQL, RESTful APIs, or web services
Experience conducting workshops for requirements, data model validation, or configuration validation
Experience designing, prototyping, testing, training, or supporting MES implementations
Experience with Level 3 or Level 4 systems, BOM, MBOM, BOP, PLM, APS, or LIMS
Experience with digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, digital supply networks, or automation trends
