Service Manager will be part of the global delivery team (leading L2/L3 level)

Job Description

Oversee the end-to-end service delivery for SAP Hybris or SAP Commerce solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the alignment of SAP services with business objectives.
Monitor system performance and address any technical issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define and document requirements for SAP Commerce solutions.
Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements effectively.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
Report project progress and service performance metrics regularly to leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Manager - SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce should have:

Proficiency in SAP Hybris or SAP Commerce solutions.
A strong understanding of service delivery management in the Technology sector.
A background in configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience:

¨ Experience in working with users to define their business requirements

¨ 10+years of experience in managing Operations, out of which 7+ years of experience preferably around e-Commerce technologies such as SAP Hybris

¨ Should have B2B/ B2C domain experience

¨ Knowledge of defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

¨ Strong organizational skills, Proven record of making operations efficient and in-depth knowledge of Industry best practices
