Job Summary

We are looking for a experienced Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to support our sales team by providing technical expertise, solution design & client engagement. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between customer requirements & technical solutions, ensuring high-quality proposals & successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs).
Design and propose customized solutions based on client needs.
Prepare technical proposals for Passive and Active networking, Prepare BOQs, and RFP/RFQ responses.
Coordinate with OEMs such as such as Commscop, Pandit /vendors for solution alignment and pricing.
Provide pre-sales support during client meetings and negotiations.
Ensure smooth handover of projects to the delivery/implementation team.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Telecom/IT or related field).
3–4 years of experience in pre-sales or solution engineering.
Strong understanding of networking, or IT infrastructure solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create technical documentation and proposals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in handling enterprise clients is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of networking protocols, security solutions
Familiarity with OEM products and solutions.
Certifications (if any) will be an added advantage- CCNA, CCNP
