Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our property management team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Property Manager, gaining invaluable exposure to various aspects of property management. As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and practical insights into the real estate and co-living industry. This is a full-time role ideal for individuals looking to develop strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager: Work closely with the Property Manager to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property.

Tenant Relations: Interact with tenants, address queries, and assist in resolving concerns promptly to maintain a positive tenant experience.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records such as lease agreements, tenant information, rent collections, and other essential property documentation. Ensure all records are organized and up to date.

Property Inspections: Participate in regular property inspections and assessments, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions when required. Support the Property Manager in ensuring the property remains well-maintained and compliant with safety and operational standards.

Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with various teams, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless day-to-day property operations. Proactively address operational issues and ensure swift resolution.

Resident Engagement: Assist in planning and executing community engagement initiatives to create a vibrant and welcoming living environment for residents.

Qualifications and Skills:

Currently pursuing the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

Basic understanding of property management concepts is a plus.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

Available for onsite work for the entire duration of the internship.

Commitment to a 2-month training period.
