Our Team's Impact on Syneos Health:

Our team designs, implements, and manages solutions for both Windows (physical and virtual) and Mac workstations. We support a healthy device posture and operation throughout the workstation lifecycle.
We are instrumental in the transition from traditional on-premises, domain-based compute to modern, cloud-managed endpoints.
We develop self-service scripts that enhance user-driven support and remediation.
Our collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures seamless integration and operation of workstation solutions into our developing zero trust environment.
We are adept at determining the feasibility of new requirements and their compatibility with current systems.
Our team supports efforts to automate device health and posture in an evolving, conditional-based access environment.
We take the lead in analyzing and resolving production issues not resolved by Tier 1 or Tier 2 support related to endpoint devices.
We develop, facilitate, and maintain product support materials including run books, technical diagrams, and knowledge bases. This aids in our shift-left strategy with Tier 2 Support.
Our team makes recommendations for improving the software lifecycle process (deployment, updates, removal) and completes process improvement activities.

Qualifications

About You:

You have a solid foundation with5 years of relevant professional work experiencein a large-scale environment (15,000+ endpoints), or you hold aBA/BS Degree in Computer Scienceor a related discipline with some relative experience.
You possess adeep understandingof multiple OS platforms, including Windows, MacOS.
Your experience is proven withcloud-based modern device management solutionssuch as Intune, Tanium, or Jamf Pro.
Ability to create, maintain and test configuration profiles, Autopilot deployment profiles & remediation scripts
Experience with powershell scripting
You have astrong understandingof zero trust security principles.
Your problem analysis and resolution skills are excellent, and you can quickly discover, learn, and apply new technologies while adhering to change management practices.
You have demonstrated the ability to work independently in ahybrid environment. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

You will stand out if you can showcase the following:

Working knowledge of modern Microsoft offerings (M365, AVD, Azure).
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Tanium Certified Professional, Jamf Certified Associate) are a plus.
Experience managing or supporting non-persistent multisession VDI solutions.
Experience with DEX tools
Functional experience in the healthcare domain and clinical applications.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Summary

The Engineer I develops and delivers clean maintainable solutions based on Big Data applications that fulfill the strategic vision for enterprise while driving business value and innovation. Performs the full deployment lifecycle, using Azure Cloud Technologies, including installation, configuration, initial production deployment for Data Lake. Evaluates and provides technical solutions to design, develop, and support business units wishing to implement a Big Data solution. Refines raw data into a presentation layer for analytics systems. Develops applications that can interact with the data in the most appropriate way, from batch to interactive SQL.
