Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Talent Management, you will implement and support the Workday Talent Management module for clients, utilizing your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to integrate the module into the client's business environment. You will deliver a tailored Talent Management solution that meets the client's unique needs and objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Planning Implementation: Plan the implementation of the Workday Talent Management module, ensuring seamless integration into the client's business environment.
Conducting Fit Analyses: Conduct fit analyses to identify client requirements and configure the system to meet their needs.
Configuring the System: Configure the Workday Talent Management module to align with client requirements and business objectives.
Resolving Issues: Resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules, providing timely and effective support.
Providing Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support as needed, ensuring the client's continued success with the Workday Talent Management solution.
