Role Overview:

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, results-oriented, and experienced in driving leads, conversions, and ROI through digital advertising.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
Plan and execute A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend and ROI.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign execution.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

3 - 6 years of relevant hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Digital Marketing.
Must have proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.
Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads.
Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization.
Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.
