Positioned between mass imitation jewellery and precious jewellery, we focus on high-quality designs inspired by Indian craftsmanship and silhouettes built for the modern woman.

Built on a 25+ year jewellery supply chain advantage and a modern D2C approach, Aranqa is expanding its core team ahead of the festive and wedding season. You'll work closely with leadership with experience spanning venture capital, D2C operations and brands such as Pernia's Pop-Up Shop.

The role in a nutshell

We're looking for someone who understands content, culture and consumer behaviour deeply — someone who instinctively knows what feels relevant on the internet and what actually drives engagement and conversion.

Your biggest responsibility will be helping shape how Aranqa shows up across Instagram and performance marketing creatives. You'll work closely with our social media agency, founder and performance marketing team to ensure a regular flow of content that feels premium, culturally relevant and commercially effective.

This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable ideating, shooting founder-led content quickly on phone, turning around basic edits independently, identifying content opportunities and understanding why certain formats work better than others.

What day-to-day looks like

Work closely with our social media agency to shape Aranqa's content direction and Instagram presence
Help build a regular pipeline of content and creatives for performance marketing campaigns
Shoot founder-led and behind-the-scenes content for Instagram and ads
Create quick turnaround edits for reels and static creatives using tools like CapCut, Canva and AI-assisted workflows
Coordinate with agency partners for larger campaign shoots, polished edits and launch execution
Identify content formats, hooks and storytelling approaches that drive engagement and conversion
Stay closely plugged into creator, fashion and internet culture trends relevant to our audience
Support festive launches, campaigns, creator collaborations and offline activations
Organise content references, campaign trackers and creator deliverables

You've worked at a small D2C brand, creator agency or fashion/lifestyle business where you've already worn multiple hats

If you're a content creator yourself, even on a small scale - that's a strong plus.

Background in fashion communication, creator marketing or content is preferred.
